The St. Paul’s Chapel filmed a video with the Reverend Emily Bloemker, who’d first contacted us to do the dance class + Girl Walk // All Day screening in the space, after seeing it online on Gothamist and feeling moved by the film’s message. She sermonized about it to her congregation, then reached out to us to open the chapel up to all to dance and watch our film at St. Paul’s.
We’re not religious people by any means, but the welcome and generosity Emily and her congregation showed to our film really embraces the idea of community the film is celebrating. Thank you, Emily!
